You know, I'm happy to finally be coming here, even though I know you did not want me to come. I could see your face one last time. And it's your face that keeps coming back strongly to mind the dark scars on unnatural pallor, your expression calm and serene. Maybe your last thought went to Ted and me, safe from my mother. But surely you know that I would not have been there. Did you know that my place is by your side, whatever happens.
And now I'm happy to be here, because then I can too find my happy ending. You know, just the thought of living without being able to see your smile again I feel unreal, impossible. I could never succeed, even with Ted by my side. So I'm choosing the easy way out. But see, dying is so simple ... 'S life, the real challenge. And I'm so tired, so deeply tired ...
